What is Dankort Garanti+?
Dankort Garanti+ is an add-on to your Dankort agreement that raises the payment guarantee from the standard DKK 8,000 to DKK 50,000 per transaction. In cases of card fraud or insufficient funds, Nets covers the amount up to the guarantee limit, with a fixed deductible of DKK 500 per case. The refund is processed automatically no later than one banking day after the reversal.

How do I get Dankort Garanti +?
You can opt in or out of Dankort Garanti+ via the MyNets portal. The change will take effect from the next day.
A small add-on that protects a large amount
Imagine this: A customer makes a purchase of DKK 40,000 in your store. Later, the card issuer raises a dispute citing third-party fraud. Without Dankort Garanti+, your basic payment guarantee of DKK 8,000 means Nets will withdraw DKK 32,000 from your account. With Dankort Garanti+, Nets instead refunds DKK 31,500 after deducting the DKK 500 fee. The loss is therefore significantly reduced, and you keep almost the full sales amount.
