Terms and conditions for Dankort

When you offer your customers the option to pay with Dankort and thus enter into a merchant agreement with Nets regarding Dankort, you must comply with a number of general and specific terms. You will find the terms below.

Dankort general terms and conditions as of 1 April 2025

General requirements for a Dankort merchant agreement

• You must have an account with a Danish bank

• You must be able to document the rules regulating binding signatures

• You or your business must not be blacklisted in Experian’s poor credit listing (RKI-Kreditinformation)

• You must use a terminal certified by Nets
