Dankort merchant agreement pricing
Usually, it's cheaper for you when your customers pay with Dankort. How much cheaper depends on the type and size of your business, but the savings are significant for many. Several-thousand-Danish-kroner-significant in fact. There are different price lists for Dankort merchant agreements. They are divided into face-to-face transactions, e-commerce, cardholder-activated terminals (CAT), and mail and telephone orders.
Dankort PROCENT
One of your choices is Dankort PERCENT, which is a percentage-wise price model. Instead of paying a fixed subscription price, this model is based on a percentage of each sold item. You are still placed in price group 1-10, based on the total number of transactions during the past 4 quarters. The percentage fee each month depends on your placement within the price groups. The advantage of this model is, that the costs follow the income; meaning, if you do not sell anything, you are not billed anything. This model is often advantageous for merchants having many transactions but of low value.
Dankort FIXED
When choosing Dankort FIXED you'll pay a fixed subscription fee each month which we automatically deduct from your bank account*. The subscription fee will be based on your total amount of transactions during the past 4 quarters, and your average ticket size. The subscription price depends on whether your average ticket size is above or below 175 DKK.
The average ticket size is calculated based on your sales in the previous 4 quarters. The advantage of the model is, that you will know your quarterly Dankort subscription fee. *It's an option to choose quarterly payment instead. If your Dankort FIXED agreement is created before 1 July 2021, you will be charged quarterly, unless you change it to monthly payment in MyNets.
